I think you listened to your body and that sometimes you just need a break from long distance racing. It is tough. I know. I would hate to see you push past and get injured and be out involuntarily (like I was). I wouldn't have recognized you from behind like my 5 friends I ran into on the course. You looked so happy and strong, and it was such a nice way to meet you in person (finally!).
