His 800's are easy to understand, teach, communicate, and work. They are NOT easy to do. But what work is easy?<br /><br />Before my first marathon, I asked a question to 3 trusted running authorities in my life. Bart responded to my simple query "What should I be doing/ not doing the week before marathon."<br /><br />@distance66 @MarathonKoach @higdonmarathon nothing new, be a creature of habit.
